n a small professional service organisation, the necessary information may exist, but still be hard to find at the right moment. Tasks live in one tool, working time in another, time entries in a third, and the summary of billable customer work is often assembled manually.

When work data is scattered like this, the project overview arrives late. An individual time entry may be correct, but its connection to a task, customer, agreement, or billing draft can remain unclear. Project management and billing preparation begin to depend on memory, messages, and spreadsheets.

Tiimalasi is being developed to address this by bringing projects, tasks, working time, time entries, customer context, and billing readiness into one practical work environment. The goal is not to make daily work heavier, but to reduce the manual assembling that happens between systems.

The project is co-funded by the European Union.
